Usability

I can’t say for sure what exactly attracted me in this website among others. It’s not that different or anyhow special. Maybe it’s just because I like blue color. : ) Anyway, what I wanted to find out about the company, I found in questions/answers section and while talking to support. As I needed my essay written, I saw that they offered this type of service at quite affordable price in comparison to some other services.

Support

I know they have a toll-free line for US, however I never used it. I communicated with these guys in live chat, and when it was unavailable – by email. Shall I mention a few times it took them a while to respond to me, they even made me concerned and worried.

Price

As for the cost, I was making a research before choosing this service, and I made sure that I wouldn’t pay too much. I noticed that without additional options, the prices here are not too bad. But with additional options and depending on the options you choose, the order might appear expensive. Another thing is that they write minimum 2-page papers. And for all my 250-300 words papers I have to use other companies. As the essay I decided to order here had to be 2 pages long, it was fine with me to pay for 2 pages. I choose quite a short turnaround of 24 hours. And the price for my essay was $63.98. But in addition to that, I paid $22 for top 10 writer and $9.60 for plagiarism report. The total cost was $95.58 and no discounts.

Speed

Even though I ordered at short notice, I think the price was still okay. Of course I would appreciate a discount, but still. They can handle even more urgent orders than mine was, but fortunately I did not have to try my luck with that.

Quality

When paying almost $100 for 2 pages I wanted to get a perfect paper, but grammar in the paper they wrote was not impeccable, nor was the content, they did not address all points in my requirements. Moreover, I then found out that paying for plagiarism report is outrageous, because many websites offer that option for free.

Conclusion

It’s not a good value for money service. The paper they wrote for me did not fully follow requirements and at that price.
